Over the past couple of years, I have had the privilege of traveling and dining at some of the best restaurants in the United States, from Morimoto in New York City, to The French Laundry in Yountville, CA. Even here in Miami, we have some of the best and most diverse array of restaurants you could possibly imagine – it is like a culinary mecca! But not everyone can manage to get a reservation, much less foot the bill for one of these extravagant meals.
I would love to take you on a journey wherein I attempt to recreate or interpret dishes inspired by some of the best and most memorable meals I have tasted. I have no formal training, but I definitely have skills and a secret weapon: my husband’s killer palette. Parties, gourmet entrees, Holiday feasts, delicate treats, or meals for just two – let’s do it all!
