To think of the fact that my first baby girl is already 1 is crazy to me. Even crazier that our second is on the way! To say that I procrastinated and put off planning Rose’s 1st Birthday is an understatement: I was in denial. I just couldn’t believe a year had come and gone so quickly!
As a combination of some DIY and amazing help from my favorite event design company for the florals, I managed to put together a rose-inspired first birthday party for Rose and our immediate family. Her Birthday was back at the end of October, but believe me when I say there has been a LOT going on around here! Better late to post these pics than never, right?
This past year has been a whirlwind, and I wouldn’t change any of it. I loved every minute with my baby girl, and I am thrilled every day that I get to spend with her, see her grow, and give her kisses. She is going to be an amazing big sister and best friend to baby girl #2 in June.
P.S. scroll down for links to all of the vendors & decor!
P.P.S. the cake I made is rose-flavored (it was a winner with all age groups) and I will be posting the easy recipe soon!
