Fashion | Rose Colored Everything

Every once in a while I have an itch to make a big change. Usually, it manifests in my hair. I’m not sure why I have this urge, but it gives me a little spark back – some excitement in my appearance! I have done pink in the past, but I think I have it just about perfect this time. Plus, it’s not permanent at all.

The secret is the Davines Alchemic Conditioner Red, which is actually for natural or colored warm red hair. It is meant to maintain and enhance warm red tones, and it happens to be hot pink! I add two spoonfulls to my own conditioner, evenly apply a suitable amount of product on washed damp hair. Leave to work for 5 to 8 minutes, comb through, then rinse. Voila! I have rose gold hair. For a brighter pink, add more (it will also look pinker on lighter hair). Thankfully for my husband (he is not fond of it. At. All.) it fades away with a few washes, and doesn’t damage your hair like permanent or semi-permanent methods. Have fun with this new trick!

My hair tends to turn really brassy and I love the cool blonde look, so my next product to try is the Davines Alchemic Shampoo Silver. Have you tried any amazing color-enhancing products?
